Wega's Challenge - GOTY Edition released

Due to popular demand I've decided to update the game, this may be the last update (depending on how I'm feeling).

-Can toggle between Fullscreen & Windowed (windowed can help with performance).
-New game over screen.
-Cooler win screen.
-Heavily lowered the file size.
-Some minor annoyances fixed.
-Runs on the latest Firefly version.
